1. Where can I all the clothes try on?

2. What shall I do if the ready-made size doesn´t fit me well?
We are able to make minor changes of the ready-made model after personal consultation.
3. Height of protectors in Jeans and Naked pants doesn´t suit me. Can you do something with that?
Protectors in Jeans a Naked pants are fully adjustable in height thanks to velcros so you can find an ideal position by yourself.
4. I would like you to create something special. One-piece racing suit of my own design, different colour version of a jacket, printing, logo... What shall I do?
Write us at vyroba@4sr.cz and you will immediately receive graphical materials and supplementary information. Total price of each product depends on the design´s complexity and its consequent manufacturing. We are looking forward to hearing your ideas.
Please note we don´t provide special modifications on discounted models.
5. Is it possible to repair my clothes after a fall?
Yes. High-quality servicing of all 4SR leather clothes is provided during and after the guarantee. Total price of the repair depends on the damage´s extent.
7. If I buy the clothes via your e-shop, when will I receive it and how much will the shipping be?
If the purchase order is received till 1pm, goods are send by the next day. Shipping fee is 99 Kc.
8. Can I send back received goods if it doesn´t suit me?
Yes. You can send the goods back until 14 days from the takeover and without giving any reasons.
9. How to change clothes with wrongly chosen size?
Send the goods with an invoice copy, tel. number, address and desired right size to our address.
10. Where can I lodge a claim and how long will the process last?
Goods bought via the e-shop are to be sent directly to us. In other cases appeal to the shop that drew up the invoice. Legal period is thirty days from the commencement of the claim but one third of cases are usually resolved earlier.
